Let’s get your deck moving.

MouseDeck supports macOS 12 and later. Most setup issues can be resolved by checking Accessibility permission and the shortcut assigned to a button.

Enable Accessibility

  1. Open System Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
  3. Enable MouseDeck. If it is already enabled but actions fail, remove it, add the current app again, and reopen MouseDeck.

Voice or screenshot does not work

Voice-input and screenshot shortcuts vary between Macs and third-party tools. Open Panel Management, select the button, and record the shortcut used by your preferred tool.

A button opens the wrong window

Edit the button, choose “Select Window,” then select the running app or window again. Window titles may change when the app changes documents or conversations.

Reset a built-in button

Open Panel Management, select the built-in button, and use Restore Default at the bottom of the editor. Your custom buttons and other panel layouts are not removed.
