Data on your device

No app account is required. Projects, issues, photos, annotations, client and assignee details, company logos, signatures and saved PDFs are stored on your device by default to record site information and create reports.

We do not operate a server that receives this business data. The app has no advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party behavioral analytics, and we do not sell your data.

Camera, photos and contacts

The camera is used to take site photos. Photos and contacts are imported through system pickers. The app receives only the items you choose; it does not read or upload your entire address book or photo library.

Camera and other system permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. You can still enter information manually without using these features.

Optional iCloud sync

iCloud sync is enabled by default when you first unlock or restore Pro. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → iCloud Sync. While enabled, projects, issues, photos, clients, companies, assignees, logos, signatures, report settings and saved PDFs are stored in your Apple account’s private CloudKit database and synced across devices using the same Apple ID.

Language preferences and purchase entitlement are not synced as business data. Turning sync off does not delete existing local or cloud data. Apple operates iCloud under its own service rules; we have no dashboard for viewing your private iCloud business data.

Purchases and restore

Apple handles payments through the App Store. The app reads verified purchase status to unlock Pro. We do not receive your payment card or payment account details.

Sharing and feedback

Reports and backups are sent to another app or service only when you choose to export or share them. The recipient controls how the shared files are stored and handled.

Feedback drafts include your device name and model, iOS version and app version. You can edit the draft before sending it; no email is sent automatically. Emails we receive may include your email address and information you provide, used only to respond, provide support and investigate problems.

Retention and deletion

You can delete projects, issues, clients, companies, assignees and saved reports in the app. When sync is enabled, deletions reach other devices after a successful sync.

Exported PDFs, manual backups and recovery backups made before a sync merge are separate copies that you manage independently. Turning sync off or deleting the app does not erase iCloud records. Deleting the app removes its local data. Keep your device, Apple account and backup files secure.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions or requests to remove personal information from feedback, email bob.xiamr@gmail.com. If our data practices change, we will update this policy in the app and request permission where needed.

Help & Support

Capture site issues with photos and create PDF reports.

Projects and contacts

  • Tap Add on the Projects tab and enter a name to create a project.
  • A blank reference is filled with the year, month and a sequence, such as 202610001. You can also enter your own reference.
  • Tap the reference, client, address, inspector, inspection company, inspection date or summary to edit that item. The top-right edit button opens the full project form.
  • The Clients tab manages clients. My Info manages companies and assignees. Set company logos and handwritten signatures in the company details.

Issues and photos

Add an issue inside a project and enter a title. In its details, set the status, priority, assignee, due date and color tags, and add a description, follow-up notes and photo captions.

Use Add Photos to take a photo or choose images from your library. Tap the main photo to browse and swipe between photos. Touch and hold a photo to organize it, drag to reorder, use the minus button to remove it, then tap Done.

Photo annotations

Choose a tool and drag on the photo to draw. Use Select to move an annotation or drag its handles to adjust it. Use two fingers to zoom or move the canvas.

The Angle tool draws two connected lines. Drag either endpoint or the vertex to change the angle and see the measurement update. Text supports color, size and background color, including a transparent background. Undo and Redo let you step through edits; tap Done to save.

PDF reports

Open the report preview at the top right of the project. Adjust the layout, fields, filters and photo quality, then export or share. Files are named ProjectName_yyyy_MM_dd.pdf.

The photo list shows each photo at a large size in its saved order, with a number. Empty descriptions and follow-up notes are omitted. Find exported reports in the project’s report history to reopen or share them. Saved PDFs do not change when you later edit the project.

Pro and restoring purchases

The free version allows one project with unlimited issues, photos, annotations and previews, and exports PDFs with app branding. Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It unlocks unlimited projects, custom company logos, signatures, PDFs without app branding and iCloud sync.

Open the Pro card in Settings to buy or restore a purchase. Restore requires an internet connection and the App Store account used for the purchase. If the price has not loaded, try again.

Sync and backups

Sync is enabled by default when you first unlock or restore Pro. Turn it off or back on in Settings → iCloud Sync. Use the same Apple ID and enable sync on your other devices. You can keep working offline and sync later. Use Sync Now when needed. After changing Apple IDs, confirm sync again.

Use the backup button at the top right of the Projects home screen to export or import a local backup. Import replaces the current library, so save any data you want to keep first. Keep exported PDFs and backup copies separately; device sync is not a replacement for an independent backup.

Support

Describe your problem in Settings → Report a Problem and send the email yourself, or contact bob.xiamr@gmail.com. If no system mail account is configured, copy the feedback and send it with your own email app.
