Privacy Policy

Updated: October 13, 2026

1. Local data

Products, variants, photos, barcodes, prices, stock, cost batches, transactions, suppliers and notes are stored on your device by default for inventory and sales reporting. No separate account is required. We do not upload this business data to developer servers, sell it, or use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. Optional iCloud sync

Sync is off by default. When enabled, business data including photos is stored through Apple CloudKit in your Apple Account’s private database for syncing between devices using that account. The app stores an Apple-provided account identifier locally to prevent mixing accounts; it does not receive your Apple Account password. Apple’s privacy policy and terms govern iCloud.

3. Camera and photos

The camera is used for product photos and barcode scanning. The system photo picker provides only images you select. Processing occurs on your device; product photos also sync when iCloud sync is enabled. Camera permission can be managed in system settings.

4. Feedback

Feedback opens an email draft with device name, model, iOS and app versions. Only when you send it are your message, attachments and email address sent to bob.xiamr@gmail.com through your email provider. We use this information for support and retain it only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.

5. Retention and deletion

Business data remains on your device or enabled iCloud storage until you delete it. Hiding a transaction is not permanent deletion and does not change stock. Deleting the app removes its local data; system backups and iCloud data must be managed separately. Turning sync off or deleting the app does not automatically delete cloud data. Before deleting cloud data, turn app sync off on relevant devices, then use Apple’s iCloud storage management to delete the app’s data.

6. Changes and contact

We update this policy and its date when features or data practices change. For privacy or deletion help: bob.xiamr@gmail.com.

Help & Support

Updated: October 19, 2026

1. Products and variants

Tap + in Products to add a product, category, prices and stock. Add multiple photos; the first is the cover. Use uniform, single-level or multiple-level variants. Each variant has separate stock, selling price, barcode and cost batches. Saved variants cannot be deleted. Use the export button to the left of + on Products to export the current inventory of all products and variants, without date selection or search and filter restrictions.

2. Sales

Tap Sell on Home, select products and variants, then enter quantities and prices. Confirm discounts, sales tax and payment method. Completing a sale deducts stock. Negative stock is allowed. The app records payment methods; it does not collect or process payments.

3. Purchases and stock counts

Open Purchase from product details and enter quantity and cost for each variant. Purchases create separate cost batches; sales use first-in, first-out costs. Stock counts start with current quantities: enter actual stock. Bulk changes apply only to filtered results and leave blank fields unchanged. Saving a count records only changed variants.

4. Transactions and reports

View sales and profit by day, week, month or year in Ledger. Hiding a transaction does not affect stock or reports; voiding it corrects both. When a return is restocked, it restores original sales batches without recalculating purchase costs.

5. Local data and sync

Data is local by default. Enable Settings → iCloud Sync on devices using the same Apple Account and wait for completion, or tap Sync Now. If it fails, check your connection, iCloud account and storage. Turning sync off does not delete cloud data. Open the export page from the top right of Transactions. Choose a day, month or custom start and end dates, select a data category, then export an Excel report. Maximum date range: 1 year. There is no manual full-database backup or restore. Check how your data will be retained before deleting the app.

6. Settings and help

Choose language, currency and the first day of the week in Settings. Currency selection does not convert exchange rates. Feedback prepares device and version details in an email you send yourself. Contact: bob.xiamr@gmail.com.
